MEET PASTOR DAN and his FAMILY

Dan and his wife Kelly founded Cornerstone Church out of a calling to see the power of God unleashed in the life of every individual and community. He is a passionate communicator who believes that the Church has a profound opportunity to raise up the next generation. Dan knows that every man and woman was created with a God-given calling that the world desperately needs. He is committed to leading a church that empowers every person to discover and act upon this purpose.

Dan and his wife Kelly have 4 kids; Jake, Logan, Eve, and Eden. After 13 years in New York, they now proudly call Austin, Texas home. They love their family, community, and the local church. And, they would love to shake your hand at Cornerstone this Sunday.

Jamaal also serves as the Senior Pastor at Christian Cultural Center's Long Island an extension of CCC in Brooklyn, NY founded by his father A.R. Bernard.

His significant and timely messages are transforming the hearts of people in New York, the US and around the world. Jamaal Bernard and his wife Rita of twenty years enjoy working together in ministry. Together they have five children, Kamryn, Stephanie, Jamaal Jr., Liam and Maali.

Pastor Adam Durso has over two decades of devoted leadership in New York City's faith-based community, cultivating a legacy of spiritual guidance and societal contribution. His ministry at the Christian Cultural Center under Dr. A.R. Bernard remains a cornerstone, providing a platform for meaningful impact. As a founding board member of the C4 Network, he empowers Christian leaders to thrive and make lasting contributions. Durso is the President of Catalytic Consulting NYC, LLC, championing the growth of young Christian leaders. He founded Faith Breathes, bridging traditional ministry with the digital frontier to engage a global audience. Serving on the Mayor's Clergy Advisory Council, he contributes to discussions enhancing faith-based initiatives' impact. Furthermore, as an Interfaith Advisory Council member, Durso collaborates with religious leaders to foster understanding and collective action for the common good. Since God's transformative work in his life in 1996, Durso has been burdened to see God's people connected, equipped, and impacting their spheres of influence. His wife Lucy and three children anchor his devoted service!

Mike Valiton

Pastor Mike Valiton has dedicated over two decades to ministry leadership and service. For 20 years, he served at Lake Hills Church, overseeing multiple building projects and expansions during his tenure. Valiton spent three years as the CFO of Life Austin, applying his financial expertise to that ministry. His passion extends beyond finances to hands-on compassion work. Valiton has a heart for homeless outreach ministry and strives to be the hands and feet of Jesus in caring for those in need around him. He authored a notable piece on financial stewardship as well. After a successful career in high technology, culminating as a chief operating officer, Valiton transitioned into church leadership as a finance and operations pastor in the Austin area. He is currently retired, residing in San Clemente with his wife Jana and enjoying being a grandfather. As of May 2024, Valiton is serving as the COO at CCATX, bringing his operations skills to provide clarity, structure, wisdom and guidance. He remains invested in a financial freedom ministry, helping others experience God's provisions.
